By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister As of 19 December 2003, Mr Blanchot (Guillaume), 2nd Class Commercial Counsellor, assigned to the Head Office of the Directorate of External Economic Relations, is available to the National Centre for External Trade. Cinematography, as mission officer for financial and legal management, for a period of two years from 25 October 2003, for mobility purposes.
