In the light of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular Articles 22, 25, 26, 44 and 51;
Decree of 13 November 1987 approving the missions and expenses of Radio France and the Institut national de l' audiovisuel;
In light of Decision No. 95-1097 of 23 May 1995 authorizing the use of frequencies at the Société Télédiffusion de France pour la diffusion des programmes nationaux de la société nationale de programme Radio France;
Vu la request d' authorisation submitted by Radio France;
Vu l' avis de l' Agence nationale des frequencies ;
After deliberation,
Decides:
The use of the frequency referred to in the Annex to this Decision shall be attributed to the national society of Radio France programme for the broadcasting of the France Inter program. The assignment of this frequency shall be subject to the conditions set out in the Annex.
This frequency shall be substituted for Frequency previously attributed to the broadcasting of the France Inter program, in Villard-de-Lans (Isère).
This Radio France will be notified and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

1 ° The recipient is required to provide the following information to the CSA: Accuracy:
Information communicated within two months after commissioning:
-technical description of the installation (type and rated transmitter power, antenna system ...) ;
-maximum PAR and theoretical radiation diagram (H and V);
-date of commissioning.
Information provided without delay if available:
-measured radiation diagram;
-frequency excursion (statistical percentage of exceedance of 75 kHz for a minimum period of 15 min).
This information may be due at the express request of the Board.
2 ° In the event that the information referred to in 1 ° is subsequently modified, The beneficiary shall communicate to the CSA an updated version within one month.
3 ° The beneficiary is also required to provide the CSA with all information in its possession on the carrier's coverage, in particular the results of the Coverage measures performed in the service area.
4. If the CSA has found non-compliance with the technical conditions of the authorization, the recipient is required to have a compliance audit conducted by an accredited organization. Its installation to the requirements set out in the Technical Annex to the authorisation. The recipient will forward the results of this audit to the APF.
