By deliberation on December 9, 2003, the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel, On the basis of Article 28 (1) of the Act of 30 September 1986, as amended, ruled in favour of the possibility of renewal for five years, excluding applications, of an authorisation issued by Decision No 2003-245 of 20 May 2003 to the SARL Radio Traffic on the section Arveyres-Saint-Laurent-sur-Manoire de l' autoroute A 89 whose term is fixed at 13 December 2004.
In fact:

2 ° This audio broadcasting service was not subject to any sanction by the Board on the basis of the aforementioned Act and the Board was not aware of any convictions against it, on the basis of Articles 23, 24 and 24a of the Law of 29 July 1881 on the freedom of the press or Articles 227-23 or 227-24 of the Penal Code;
3 ° The renewal of the authorisation, out of call for applications, of this service of sound broadcasting is not Of such a nature as to impair the imperative of pluralism;
4 ° The financial situation of the holder enables it to continue the operation of the service in satisfactory conditions;
5 ° This audio broadcasting service fulfils the Criteria specific to the category for which the authorization was granted.
