Decision No. 2005-1087 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 92-912 of 15 September 1992 authorizing the SARL K Communication pour l' a radio service by terrestrial hertzian modulation Of frequency called Chérie FM Limoges and Decisions No 96-1158 of 3 December 1996 and No 2002-454 of 27 February 2002 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 92-912 Of 15 September 1992 authorising the SARL K Communication for the operation of a terrestrial radio-radio service in frequency modulation called Chérie FM Limoges and Decisions No 96-1158 of 3 December 1996 and No 2002-454 of 27 February 2002 renewal of this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL K Communication;
In view of the request for a change in ownership by the SARL K Communication For the Limoges field;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Item 1

Approval granted to SARL K Communication on Limoges area is transferred to SAS Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This Decision will be notified to SAS Chérie FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
