By order of the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, Security And the Minister for Foreign Affairs of 31 December 2002, Mrs Grandjean (Caroline), 1st class foreign affairs adviser, is placed in a position of secondment to the Ministry of the Interior, Of internal security and local freedoms as a civil administrator to carry out the duties of a mission officer with the delegation for international affairs, for a period of two years from 1 March 2001.
