The use of the frequencies set out in the Annex to this Decision shall be allocated to the national programme society France 2 for the dissemination of its programme. The allocation of these frequencies is subject to the conditions set out in the said Annex.
These frequencies replace those previously allocated for the broadcasting of the programme of the national programme company France 2 in the areas of Bessamorel, Chancelade, Chézy-sur-Marne, Lisle, Loches, Marthes, Mussidan 1, Ribérac, Baignes-Sainte-Radegonde and Santa Maria-Siche.
These substitutions will have to be made before May 28, 2004.
