Describes:
In the absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrick Pierrard, Director of Administrative and Financial Services, of Mr. Yvan Lecuivre, Head of Service, of Mr. Jean-Francis Treffel, Deputy Director, and Mr. Jérôme Gueydan, Senior Weapons Engineer, delegation is given to Mr. François Châteauneuf, contract agent, to sign, on behalf of the Prime Minister, The letters and purchase orders and the accounting documents relating to the duties of the computer and telecommunications office.
The October 31, 2001 Order-in-Council Order is repealed.
