ARRETE
Order of 26 December 2001 amending the order of 20 March 1987 relating to the arrangements for connecting, by way of competition funds, to the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, of the proceeds of the assignment Documents and publications produced by the Commissioners of the Republic

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Interior,
In accordance with Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959, Organic Law on the Laws of Financial, and in particular Article 19;
In view of Decree No. 87-184 of 20 March 1987 on the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of the Interior;
Having regard to the Order of 20 March 1987, as amended by the Order of 15 February 2000, concerning The arrangements for connecting, by way of competition funds, to the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, the proceeds of the transfer of documents and publications produced by the Commissioners of the Republic,
Stop:

Item 1

Section 1 of the March 20, 1987 Order is amended as follows:
" The proceeds of the transfer of Documents and publications produced by the prefects are linked by means of funds of competitions to the budget of the Ministry of the Interior, after applying a levy of 10 % to the general budget, according to the following key:
- Chapter 37-10: 85 %;
-Chapter 37-20: 7 %;
-Chapter 37-21: 8 %. "

Article 2

This Order takes effect as from 1 January 2001 and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
