ARRETE
Order of 16 December 2002 amending the Order of 1 December 1993 for the award of a duty allowance to certain administrative staff of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and Public Establishment Weather-France

Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of the amended Order in Council of December 1, 1993 to award a duty allowance To certain staff members of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and the public establishment Weather-France;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1295 of 24 October 2002 on the increase as from 1 December 2002 of the remuneration of civilian personnel Of the State, the staff of the local authorities and the public hospital establishments;
In the light of the decree of 1 December 1993 amending the assignment of a duty allowance to certain administrative staff Direction générale de l' aviation civile et de l' institution public Météo-France,
Arrête:

Article 1

The first paragraph of Article 3a of the Order of 1 December 1993 is worded as follows:
" Art. 3 bis. -The monthly amount of the function allowance supplement provided for in Article 4a of the decree of 1 December 1993 referred to above shall be as follows, as from 1 December 2002:
Category A persons: EUR 221.71;
Category B persons: EUR 181.40;
Category C persons: EUR 161.24. "

Article 2

The Order of 20 September 2002 amending the Order of 1 December 1993 for the award of a duty allowance to Certain administrative staff of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and the public establishment Météo-France are repealed.

Article 3

The Director General of Civil Aviation is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
