Given the amended Order in Council No. 89-647 of 12 September 1989 on the composition and operation of the Higher Codification Commission,
Stop:
The monthly amount of the flat-rate allowances provided for in Article 9 of the aforementioned decree is set at:
1 100 EUR for the Vice-President;
880 EUR for the general rapporteur;
660 EUR for rapporteurs Assistant general.
The monthly amount of the flat-rate allowances provided for in Article 10 of the aforesaid Decree shall be fixed for each individual rapporteurs within the maximum monthly rate of EUR 546.
The ceiling of the flat-rate allowance provided for in Article 11 of the abovementioned Decree shall be fixed, for a code, at EUR 3 885 if the qualified person is an official in employment, at EUR 4 418 if he is retired or Non-official.
The order of December 13, 1996, as amended relating to allowances allocated to certain staff providing assistance to the Higher Codification Commission, is repealed.
The Director of the Administrative and Financial Services of the Prime Minister and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each be responsible for The execution of this Order, which will take effect on 1 January 2004 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
