Decree of 24 December 2004 on the conformity of the statutes of the professional football league

The Minister of Youth, Sports and Associative Life,
In the light of Law No. 84-610 of 16 July 1984 on the organisation and promotion of physical activities and Sports;
In light of Decree No. 2002-762 of 2 May 2002, adopted for the application of Article 17 of Act No. 84-610 of 16 July 1984 on the organisation and promotion of physical and sports activities and relating to leagues Professional sports federations with legal personality;
Due to the approval of the General Assembly of the Professional Football League as of July 3, 2004;
In view of the approval of the General Assembly Of the French Football Federation as of July 10, 2004,
Stop:

Article 1

These are found in accordance with the provisions of Title I of the Decree of 2 May 2002 referred to in the statutes of the league Professional football, created by the Fédération française de football to represent, manage and coordinate activities of a professional character in accordance with article 14-II of the aforementioned Law of 16 July 1984.

Item 2

The Order of January 20, 2003 is repealed.

Item 3

The Director of Sport is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
