Vu Amendment No 27 of 6 July 2004 on foresight to the above collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinions published in the Official Journal of 4 September 2004 and 23 October 2004;
In view of the opinions gathered during the survey;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered in session on November 29, 2004,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National Golf Collective Agreement of July 13, 1998, the provisions of the Amendment No 27 of 6 July 2004 concerning the work of Sunday and public holidays in the aforementioned collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions Foreseen by the said rider.
The Director of Labour Relations at the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Cohesion The Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal. Official of the French Republic.
