Decree of 14 December 2005 concerning the amendment of the nomenclature of paragraphs 2 " Active ambulatory system " And 3 " Single-use accessories ", sub-section 5, section 2, Chapter 1, of Title I of the list Under article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Given the Social Security Code, and in particular articles L. 165-1 to L. 165-5 and R. 165-1 to R. 165-30;
Given the Health Code Public,

Article 1


In Title I of the list provided for in Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code, Chapter 1, Section 2, Sub-section 5, in paragraphs 2 " Active ambulatory system " And 3 " Single-use accessories ", are modified the nomenclature lines as follows:

In Title I of the list provided for in Article L. 165-1 of the Safety Code Chapter 1, section 2, sub-section 5, paragraph 2, after code 1183333, are added the following references:

Article 4


Manufacturers and distributors have a period of three months from the entry into force of this Order for Bring labels of products corresponding to codes 1199506 and 1110908.

Article 5


This Order takes effect Effective February 1, 2006.
