In light of the amended Decree No. 2000-604 of 29 June 2000 laying down the flat-rate allowance for administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal,
Stop:
The fixed share of the lump sum is set at 38 %.
The fixed share is paid monthly.
The appropriations distributed by the Head of Court in respect of the variable part of the lump sum benefit account for 13 % of the budgetary mass referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 1 of the Decree of 29 June 2000 above.
Variable share is paid annually.
The Decision of 23 June 2004 amended pursuant to Decree No. 2000-604 of 29 June 2000 laying down the flat-rate allowance for members of administrative tribunals and administrative courts of appeal Is repealed.
This Order, which comes into force on January 1, 2007, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
