I. -Liquid effluents from the Channel storage centre consist of:

II. -Liquid effluent from the centre of storage of the Channel is transferred to the COGEMA-La Hague, which rejects them, after treatment, through works located on its own site.

III. -Releases of non-controlled liquid effluents are prohibited.

IX. -Transfers of liquid effluents to COGEMA are permitted only within the limits and technical conditions set out in Articles 10 to 13

I. -For the chemical components of the effluent intended for transfer to COGEMA, The operator shall carry out checks and tests on the BDS and the GMC in order to verify compliance with the limit values specified in Chapter III.

II. -The concentrations of chemical pollutants shall be measured on a representative sample at least according to the frequencies shown below and according to the standards listed in the table below or according to equivalent processes or standards. III. -The following parameters are analysed on a sample sediment sample taken annually from the CMG: cadmium, total chromium, mercury, nickel, lead, boron, cyanide, uranium, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
IV. -The operator shall periodically verify that the effluent from the EUSR is compatible with the BDS compliance with the limits set at 12-I. I. -Monitoring of the radioactivity of the environment by the operator shall include at least:

II. -The analyses are carried out by a laboratory approved by the Ministry of Health.

1. A maintenance and calibration record for the continuous measurement of the transferred liquid effluent and its measuring devices;

-the volumes and activities transferred;
-the average rate of Transfer;
-results of laboratory analyses of transferred water.

-the sworn officers of the water police services;

The same information procedure applies to any abnormal elevation of radioactivity and physical/chemical parameters in the environment.
The provisions of this Order shall not preclude provisions relating to the reporting of significant accidents and incidents relating to the safety of nuclear installations, nor to the alert measures provided for in the emergency plan Internal site
This authorization is granted in title Staff, precarious and revocable without compensation.
Director General Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection And the Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk Prevention shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic
