In light of Decree No. 991 of 3 April 1942 implementing the Act of 3 April 1942 on controlled appellations, supplemented by Decree No. 48-707 of 21 April 1948 on controlled appellations of origin;
Seen the Decree No. 93-502 of 26 March 1993 relating to the designation of controlled origin " Clairette of Die " ;
In view of Decree No. 93-1067 of 10 September 1993 on the performance of vineyards producing wines with a controlled designation of origin, Amended by Decree No. 99-279 of 12 April 1999;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueur wines;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1163 of 7 December 2001 concerning the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with a controlled designation of origin;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 5 and 6 June 2002,
Describes:
Article 3 of the Decree of 26 March 1993 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Art. 3. - To qualify for the controlled appellation of origin " Clairette de Die, wines shall be derived from harvest harvested in the area delineated by Parcel or Parcel, as approved by the National Wine Committee and The National Institute of Appellations of Origin, at its meetings of 6 November 1985 and 5 and 6 June 2002, on the proposal of the Committee of Experts designated for that
. The delimitation plans shall be, after the Cadastral plans, deposited in the town halls of the municipalities concerned. "
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, and the Minister Secretary of State for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Commerce, Handicrafts, Liberal Professions and Consumer Affairs are each responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
