Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,

Are made mandatory in the following departments: Calvados, Manche, Orne, for all employers and all The employees included in its field of professional application, the provisions of the Regional Agreement (Basse-Normandie) of 7 May 2004 relating to salaries, annexed to the national collective agreement of 22 April 1955 referred to
. (cases of undertakings whose collective schedule is set at 35 hours per week or 35 hours on average in the year) of Article 4 (Guaranteed minimum wages) is extended subject to the application of Article 32 of Law No. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 amended introducing a monthly remuneration guarantee and subject to the regulations laying down the minimum interprofessional growth wage.
Paragraph 4.2 (case of undertakings whose collective schedule is Above the statutory length of 35 hours) of the above Article 4 shall be extended subject to the application of the regulations laying down the minimum wage interprofessional for growth.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and conditions
