Order of 5 January 2006 designating the site Natura 2000 valleys of the Loire and of l' Allier between Mornay-sur-Allier and Neuvy-sur-Loire (special protection zone)

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
In view of Council Directive 79 /409/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the conservation of wild birds, in particular Article 4 thereof And its Annex I;
In view of the Environmental Code, in particular Articles L. 414-1-II, L. 414-1-III, R. 414-2, R. 414-3, R. 414-5 and R. 414-7;
In view of the Order of 16 November 2001 concerning the list of bird species which may justify the Designation of special protection zones under the European ecological network Natura 2000 in accordance with the first paragraph of Article L. 414-1-II of the Environment Code;
In view of the Order of 26 October 2004 designating the Natura 2000 site La Charité-sur-Loire (special protection zone FR2610004);
Given the order of 26 October 2004 designating the Natura 2000 site March-sur-Allier (special protection zone FR2610005);
In view of the opinions of municipalities and public establishments Intercommunal cooperation,
Stop:

Article 1


The scope of Natura 2000 sites " Charité-sur-Loire " (Special Protection Area FR2610004) and " Mars-sur-Allier " (special protection zone FR2610005), each designated by order of 26 October 2004, is amended; the two sites are consolidated into a single site under the name " Natura 2000 site valleys of the Loire and the Allier between Mornay-sur-Allier and Neuvy-sur-Loire " (special protection zone FR2610004), the delimitation of which is shown on the fifteen maps at 1/25 000 and the attached assembly card. This site covers part of the territory of the following communes:
-sur le département du Cher: Apremont-sur-Allier, Argenvières, Bannay, Beffes, Belleville-sur-Loire, Boulleret, La Chapelle-Montlinard, Couargues, Cours-les-Barres, Cuffy, Herry, Jouet-sur-l ' Aubois, Léré, Marseilles-lès-Aubigny, Mornay-sur-Allier, Méreau, Neuvy-le-Barrois, Saint-Léger-le-Petit, Saint-Satur, Sancerre, Sury-près-Léré, Thauvenay;
-sur le département de la Nièvre: La Celle-sur-Loire, Challuy, La Charité-sur-Loire, Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, Fourchambault, Garchizy, Germigny-sur-Loire, Gimouille, Langeron, Livry, La Marche, Mars-sur-Allier, Marzy, Mesves-sur-Loire, Myennes, Neuvy-sur-Loire, Nevers, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Saincaize-Meauce, Tracy-sur-Loire, Tronsanges.

Article 2


The list of bird species justifying the designation of " Natura 2000 valley site Loire and Allier between Mornay-sur-Allier and Neuvy-sur-Loire " Appears in the Annex to this Order.
This list and the maps referred to in Article 1 above may be consulted in the prefectures of the Dear, the Nièvre, the directorates Regional environment of the Centre, of Burgundy, as well as in the direction of nature and landscapes in the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development.

Article 3


The Director of Nature and Landscape is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
