ARRETE
Decree of 26 December 2006 creating an automated processing of personal data relating to the follow-up of checks carried out in the formations by the police station of Land

The Minister of Defence,
Given the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg On 28 January 1981;
Due to the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, as amended in particular by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004;
In view of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning delegations of Signature of the members of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 adopted for the application of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 ;
In view of the receipt by the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated November 21, 2006, bearing number 1205149,

It is hereby established at the Ministry of Defence, in the Regional Directorate of the Army Police Station in the South West Land Region, an automated processing of personal data referred to as " AVOCAT ", put in Works by the police station of the army of Limoges and whose purposes are the creation of an updated directory of those responsible to be contacted in the bodies to be verified and the audit reports taken into account.

The categories of personal data recorded are those relating to:
-identity (name, first name, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail);
-to professional life (grade, Function, assignment);
-checks (training [code, label, attached organizations], report, and recommendations).
The retention period for personal data so recorded is limited to three years.

The recipients of the registered personal data are, according to their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
-the organisations of the training courses concerned ;
-the directions of the police station and headquarters in the southwest and northwest regions.

The right of opposition provided for in Article 38 of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, cannot be invoked as part of this processing.
