By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Accommodation as of December 18, 2001, is authorized for the year 2002 the opening of five competitions for the recruitment of marine business administrators:
The first competition is open to the holders of one of the diplomas required of the Candidates for the external competitions of the Ecole Nationale d' Administration;
The second competition is open to the active mariner officers as well as to the civil personnel holding category B or C, auxiliary staff and contract agents Under the Ministry of Equipment;
The third competition is open to Lieutenant (Navy) lieutenants and 1st class ships or officers of the corresponding ranks of the various naval career officer corps, as well as Reserve officers serving in positions of occupation of the rank of first class vessel or Lieutenant (Navy) or corresponding rank of other officer corps of the navy;
The fourth competition is open to 1st class captains of marine navigation and holders of the Merchant Navy Graduate Diploma;
The fifth competition is open to civilian category A holders as well as auxiliaries and agents The

The written tests will take place on May 14, 2002.

To receive a file by mail, they will join On request an envelope in the format 22.9 x 32.4 cm, labelled with their name and address and cleared at EUR 1.75, specifying in which contest they wish to register.
A default, no files will be sent.

For all applicants, the application form must be submitted on the form specifically established for each competition.
The deadline for filing the registration files is Friday, March 15, 2002.
The Registration dossier, accompanied by any supporting documents and three stamped envelopes, must be exclusively entrusted directly to the postal services in good time so that the shipping envelope, addressed exclusively to the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing (Directorate of Personnel, Services and Modernisation, Maritime Personnel, Control and Safety Branch, Office CS1, Maritime Affairs Administrators), Tower Pascal B, 92055 La Défense Cedex, may be obliterated by the date of Friday, March 15, 2002 at the latest (postmark).
Any file deposited after that date or coming to the CS1 office in an envelope bearing a stamp of the Post on or after Friday, March 15, 2002 in an envelope bearing no postage stamp will be refused.
