Stop:
Enforcement, dispensing, prescribing, administration to animals, importation and exportation of veterinary extemporaneous preparations and veterinary compounding defined at Article L. 5143-1 of the Public Health Code based on products of bovine, ovine or caprine origin, with the exception of those which meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeial monograph on transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, are Prohibited.
The order of 21 November 2001 prohibiting the carrying out, issuing, prescribing, administering to animals, importing and exporting veterinary extemporanate preparations and Veterinary compounding based on products of bovine, ovine or caprine origin is repealed.
The Director General of Food, the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights, the Director General of Health and the Director General of the French Food Safety Agency are Each responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
