It is chaired by the Dean of Agricultural Education Inspection. Its members are designated as:
-agricultural education inspection staff;
-officials from central administration and deconcentrated departments of the Ministry of Agriculture; and
-members of the Council General of rural engineering, waters and forests;
-members of the general inspection of agriculture;
-management staff of public technical education establishments reporting to the Ministry of Agriculture;
- Qualified persons, including the Ministry of National Education, chosen because of their knowledge of the education system.
The Commission can split into sub-committees.
In formulating its opinion, the selection board relies on:
1 ° The study of each candidate's file;
2 ° An oral test for candidates who are allowed to appear in accordance with Article 6 Below.
The application package, reviewed by the Commission, will necessarily have 2 components:
-a history of the candidate's career;
-a statement of the candidate's motivation and project Career.
On the basis of the opinions expressed by the Commission on each of the applications, as well as the opinions of the superiors of the candidates, the Minister responsible for agriculture shall draw up the list of Candidates for oral examination.
The oral test, of a maximum duration of one hour, is designed to assess the motivations, the skills and the knowledge necessary for the management of a public education and training institution Agricultural professional. This event takes place in three ways:
-presentation of the candidate and his professional project (maximum 10 minutes);
-maintenance of the skills and knowledge required for the management of a local public institution Agricultural education and vocational training (35 minutes);
-study of a concrete case (15 minutes, including 5 minutes of preparation).
After the interviews, the selection commission formulates, after deliberation, individual reasoned opinions.
The Minister responsible for agriculture shall draw up the annual aptitude list in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 12 of the decree of 12 September 1991.
The order of 8 January 1992 on the Commission and the tests for the selection of candidates for the management of public agricultural technical education establishments is repealed.
