Decree of 12 January 2004 instructing a senator for a temporary mission

The Prime Minister,
Due to the Constitution;
Because of the election code LO 297,
Describes:

Article 1

Mr Bernard Plasait, Senator from Paris, is, within the framework of the provisions of Article LO 297 of the Election Code Referred to above, responsible for a temporary mission to the Secretary of State for Tourism.

Article 2

This Order will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
