ARRETE
Order of December 17, 2004, for the approval of organizations or individuals to conduct regulatory audits in institutions receiving the public

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
Given the code of construction and empowerment, including articles R. 123-12 and R. 123-43;
In light of the amended Order of November 7, 1990, relating to the conditions of approval for regulatory audits in institutions receiving the public;
In view of the opinion of the Standing Sub-Committee of the Central Commission Security,
Stop:

Item 1

The following organization is registered to conduct audits in institutions receiving the public The following categories and phases:
ABC Control, 101, avenue de la Fourragère, Le Vendôme, 13012 Marseille:
Categories a et b pendant les phases conception, construction et exploitation pour une duration de 5 ans.

Article 2

The benefit of this authorisation shall be granted subject to the provisions of the decree of 7 November 1990 referred to above, and in particular Article 4 thereof and 10.

Article 3

The Director of Civil Defence and Security, a senior defence official, is responsible for the execution of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
