Order of 30 December 2004 concerning the registration of Interceed of the company Ethicon SAS in Chapter 1 of Title III of the list of products and reimbursable benefits provided for in Article L. 165-1 of the code of Social security

Given the Social Security Code, and in particular Articles L. 165-1 to L. 165-5 and R. 165-1 to R. 165-30;
Vu The Public Health Code;
In view of the opinion of the Evaluation Commission of 14 April 2004,

Item 1

In Title III of the List of Reimbursable Goods and Benefits, Chapter 1, Section 9, after the Topic " Implants of wall repair, suspension or wrapping, resorbable or non-absorbable ", is hereby created a new heading entitled: Anti-Adhesion Barriers " As follows:

Article 2

This Order takes effect as from the thirteenth day Following the day of its publication in the Official Journal.

Article 3

The Director of Social Security and the Director General of the The Ministry of Solidarity, Health and Family Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
