Having regard to the order of 11 October 1995 and the successive orders, In particular the decree of 14 February 2005, extending the national collective agreement of retailers and retailers-manufacturers of the confectionery, chocolate factory, biscuit of 1 January 1984 and the texts supplementing it or amending it;
Vu Amendment No 24 to Annex III of 30 June 2005, relating to salaries, to the aforementioned collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 15 December 2005;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stops:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National Collective Agreement of Retailers and Retailers of Confectionery, Chocolate, Cookery, January 1, 1984, as amended by Amendment No. 1 of December 11, 1996, the provisions of Amendment No. 24 to Annex III of 30 June 2005, relating to salaries, to the above collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the rider Shall be made from the date of publication of this Order, for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by the said rider.
The Director of Labour Relations is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
