In light of Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 on the application of Article 25 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 establishing the higher posts for which appointments are left to the decision of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2005-471 of 16 May 2005 establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry responsible for equipment, transport, spatial planning, tourism and the sea;
In view of Decree No. 2005-660 of 9 June 2005 on Duties of the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea;
In light of the May 19, 2005, Order-in-Council appointing a Director General at Headquarters;
The Council of Ministers of Hearts, Décrète:
The functions of the Director General of the Sea and Transportation at Headquarters are terminated. Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea of Mr. Patrice Raulin, called to other functions.
The The Prime Minister and the Minister for Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea are responsible, as far as they are concerned, for the application of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
