ARRETE
Decree of 3 January 2007 extending the agreement under the national collective agreement of tourist organisations (point 1909)

The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing,
In view of the Labour Code, in particular Articles L. 133-1 and following;
In view of the decree of 6 December 1996 and the orders Successive, in particular the decree of 12 July 2006, extending the national collective agreement of the tourism bodies of 5 February 1996 and the texts supplementing it or amending it;
Having regard to the agreement of 25 September 2006 on the Value of the point entered into under the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of November 28, 2006;
In view of the opinions collected In the course of the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Article 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the The national collective agreement of the tourism bodies of 5 February 1996, as amended by the amendment of 10 December 2001, as extended by the decree of 9 December 2002, the provisions of the agreement of 25 September 2006 concerning the value of the point concluded As part of the aforementioned national collective agreement.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the agreement Shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.

Article 3


The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
