Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the The national collective agreement of the tourism bodies of 5 February 1996, as amended by the amendment of 10 December 2001, as extended by the decree of 9 December 2002, the provisions of the agreement of 25 September 2006 concerning the value of the point concluded As part of the aforementioned national collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the agreement Shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.
The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
