In view of the opinions published in the Official Journal of 27 June and 7 December 2006;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered In session of 6 October 2006, Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the The professional national agreement of 13 July 2004 on the implementation of vocational training throughout life in the building and public works sector, the provisions of the amendment n ° 5 of 20 December 2005 (Forfacts Schedules for the taking of actions and periods of professionalization by the OPCA) to the abovementioned national professional agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions set out in that endorsement.
The Director General of Labour, Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing and the Director of Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry Of the implementation of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
