Opinion on the second edition of Loto n ° 5 of Wednesday, 16 January 2002

It will be assigned to all top-ranking winners in the second run of the Loto n ° 5 of Wednesday 16 January 2002 a minimum total gain of EUR 4 000 000 net of the legal levy.
The sums that may be required for this purpose will be deducted for their gross amount of the legal levy on the deferral fund and Reserve, pursuant to Article 9 of the Loto and Super Loto Regulations.
