On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service,
Due to Act No. 83-634 dated July 13, 1983, as amended Relating to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended decree n ° 67-328 of 31 March 1967 setting the statute In particular of the administrators of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies;
In the light of Decree No. 90-713 of 1 August 1990 concerning the common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of administrative assistants of the State administrations;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-376 of 10 April 1995 laying down the special status of the bodies of inspectors of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques, as amended by Decree No. 97-976 of 20 October 1997;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-875 of 5 August 1995 fixing the special status of the attachés of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques, as amended by Decree No. 2001-856 of 18 September 2001;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-518 of 13 June 2001 On the use of the supplementary lists of admission for recruitment by staff of the National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies, as amended by Decree No. 2002-1430 of 4 December 2002,
