Decree No. 2006-38 of 6 January 2006 amending Decree No. 2001-520 of 13 June 2001 on the use of supplementary lists for recruitment of staff members General direction of competition, consumption and enforcement of fraud

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service,
Due to Act No. 83-634 dated July 13, 1983, as amended Bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 68-619 of 29 June 1968 laying down the statute In particular the external services control assistants of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention;
In view of Decree No. 95-873 of 2 August 1995 on the special status of the body of the Officials responsible for the management and supervision of competition, consumption and the enforcement of fraud, as amended by Decree No. 2002-592 of 24 February 2002;
In view of Decree No. 2001-520 of 13 June 2001 on the use of lists Additional admission for the recruitment by competition of officials from the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement of Fraud,

In Article 1 of the decree of 13 June 2001, the words: " May not exceed one-quarter of the number of jobs available " Are replaced by the words: " Cannot exceed 200 % of the number of jobs offered ".

In the first paragraph of Article 6 of the same decree, the words: " 200 % of the number of jobs offered " Are replaced by the words: " 300 % of the number of jobs offered. "
In the second paragraph of the same article, the Words: " May not exceed the number of jobs offered in this competition " Are replaced by the words: " Cannot exceed 300 % of the number of jobs offered in this competition ".
