The attestation provided for in Article 14 of the Order of 25 September 1998 referred to above shall be issued by the Director of The EN3S to successful candidates the examination closing the training cycle provided for in the same article.
The cycle of Training consists of a theoretical teaching of a minimum duration of six weeks, provided in the premises of the EN3S, and a practical teaching of two courses lasting one week each, carried out under the control of the EN3S in an organization The social security office of one of the schemes referred to in Article 1 of the decree of 25 September 1998 referred to above and in the national body belonging to the trainee.
The training themes shall be fixed by the Director of EN3S, after notice of the Education commission referred to in Article R. 123-20 of the Social Security Code.
Only agents performing the Conditions laid down in Article 14 of the Decree of 25 September 1998 shall be authorised to follow the training cycle.
These officers shall, moreover, be at least forty years of age at least on 1 January of the year following the completion of the Training cycle followed.
4.1. Access to the training cycle is the subject of an evaluation organised by 1 ' EN3S to measure the professional skills acquired by the candidate, as well as their potential for development. The entry tests and the composition of the admission committee shall be defined by the EN3S after the opinion of the Education Committee and are set out in the rules of procedure of the
. The examination referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall consist of an oral examination, in the form of an interview with the members of the Selection Board, on the basis of questions relating to the acquis of the theoretical
. The following:
-a member of the General Social Affairs Inspectorate, President;
-a representative of a national fund;
-a director of the social security agency of one of the schemes mentioned in Article 1 of the Order of 25 September 1998 referred to above;
-a director of a national or regional computer processing centre for one of the above mentioned plans.
The jury comprises an equal number of alternate members with the same quality as the members.
The Members of the Board shall be appointed by decision of the Director of EN3S, after the opinion of the Education Committee, and shall be included in the rules of procedure of the training.
Unless the Director decides, on a proposal from the chairperson of the selection board, candidates may not present themselves more than twice to the final admission test.
Candidates are required to comply with the rules of procedure of the training cycle established by the Director of EN3S and specify:
-les Regulations;
-access to the training device;
-the organization of the training;
-the completion of the final admission test;
-attempts to present the entry and exit tests;
-the Calendar of training.
The provisions of this Order shall apply from the training cycle that Replace the current one on the date of publication of the said order.
The order of 25 June 1999 laying down the conditions for the issue of the certificate provided for in the second paragraph of Article 6 of the Order of 26 April 1983, as amended, shall be repealed on the date Application of this Order.
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity is In charge of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
