ARRETE
Decree of 3 January 2007 fixing the signalling models provided for in Article R. 3511-6 of the Public Health Code

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
Given the Public Health Code, including articles R. 3511-1, R. 3511-2 and R. 3511-6,
Stop:

Item 1


Signs recalling the principle of smoking ban in the places mentioned in Article R. 3511-1 of the Code of public health, and provided for in Article R. 3511-6 of this Code, reproduces the model in Annex 1 to this Order.

Article 2


The signage to be affixed to the entrances to the spaces referred to in section R. 3511-2 of the Public Health Code reproduces the model in Appendix 2 to this Order.

Article 3


These signalizations must conform to the graphic provisions in Annex 3 to this Order.

Article 4


The Director General of Health is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
