By order of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 7, 2006, Mr. Abel Dumont, chief engineer of rural, water and forest engineering, made available to the Centre for International Cooperation in Agronomic Research for Development since 10 February 2004, is entitled, on his request, to promote his Pension entitlements effective January 8, 2007.
