Pursuant to Article L. 133-12 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Employment, Of social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make compulsory, for all employers and employees in the wholesale fish trade, the provisions of the Amendment No 45a of 10 December 2004, relating to Vocational training, to the national collective agreement on fish stocks, as extended by decree of 26 December 2006, published in the Official Journal of 4 January 2007.
