Automated processing of information is created within the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation Nominative name " MECANO ", the object of which is the implementation of a directory, a courier service, calendars and address books.
Registered nominative information categories are:
-for the directory: the identity of the DGAC agents (name, first name) and their professional life (assignment, photograph, rank, function, missions, number Telephone and fax, e-mail address);
-for the courier service: the identity of the emitters and recipients of the messages (name, first name) and their professional life (e-mail address);
-for the personal calendar Agents and their address book: the identity of the agents' agents (surname, first name) and their professional life (telephone and fax number, e-mail address, type of activity performed).
The recipients of the information are:
-for the directory: the staff of the DGAC as well as the staff of the other departments (as part of the AdER project) ;
-for the messenger service: staff of DGAC and other government departments, administration partners and individuals;
-for the calendar and address book: the people to whom the agent nominally nominates Permission to view its calendar.
The right of access of any natural person to the information in the directory Concerning will be exercised directly through the mail client which allows any agent connected to the mail to consult the entire directory. Requests for rectification will be made to the IT manager of the service on which the agent depends.
Messages issued and received by each person can be viewed by that person from his/her e-mail client.
Information in the calendar and the personal address book of each agent can be viewed from his or her workstation. They may be corrected directly.
The Director General of Civil Aviation shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
