The three categories provided for in Article 2 of the Decree of 14 January 2002 are as follows:
Category A public servants belonging to a grade whose terminal crude index is Higher than the gross terminal index of the first rank of the Central Administrative Attachments.
Category A employees belonging to a grade whose terminal gross index is at most equal to the terminal gross index The first rank of the Central Administrative Attachments.
Grade 3: Category B officials

The annual average amounts provided for in Article 2 of the Decree of 14 January 2002 are fixed as follows:
1st category: 1 372 EUR;
2nd category: 1 006 EUR;
3rd category: 800 EUR.
