Having regard to the Decree of 12 September 2001 adopted pursuant to Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the planning and reduction of working time in the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation, the general inspection of civil aviation and the Meteorology, accident investigations and the National Civil Aviation School;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Ministerial Technical Committee dated 25 June 2001,

Within the meaning of this order:
a) A vacation is a time range of uninterrupted presence of an agent at his or her place of work, from service until end of service; vacations include Breaks and time devoted to the tasks assigned to the agents concerned;
b) A break is a rest period within a vacation;
c) The work cycle is the sequence, repeated at regular intervals, of Multiple vacations;
d) A service is said to be on a permanent schedule when it operates every day of the year;
e) A service is said to be continuous on a continuous basis when it operates every day of the year and 24 hours a day. 24;
f) A service is said to be non-continuous, when it operates every day of the year but on a daily opening range of less than 24 hours;
g) A service works at office hours When the corresponding work cycle extends from Monday to Friday and has no working hours at night and on public holidays;
h) A service works similar to the hours of office hours when the corresponding work cycle Extends from Monday to Saturday and does not include any hours of work at night and on statutory holidays;
i) A service works semi-permanent when the corresponding work cycle extends from Monday to Saturday, including public holidays, and Has no working range at night;

In accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 1 of the decree of 25 August 2000, the counting of the working time of staff working in hours assimilated to office hours shall be carried out on the basis of a Annual working time of 1600 hours, with work cycles established on the basis of an average weekly schedule of 35 hours.
Pursuant to Article 4 of the same decree, the work cycles that apply to staff Shall be established in accordance with the special provisions laid down in Articles 7, 8 and 10 of this Order.
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree of 12 September 2001, the counting of the working time of staff working in continuous continuous working hours shall be carried out on the basis of an annual period of Work of 1,413 hours.
Pursuant to Article 4 of the aforementioned Decree of 25 August 2000, work cycles applicable to staff subject to this type of work schedule shall be established in accordance with the specific provisions laid down in the decree. In Articles 7 to 10 of this Order.
The corresponding work cycles shall be established on an average weekly basis of 32 hours. The effective duration of the work cycle, reported to seven days, will not exceed 36 hours.
If these provisions lead to an annual count of more than 1,413 hours, work hours beyond 32 hours will be Counted and recovered by the granting of compensatory rest days during periods of less activity.
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree of 12 September 2001, the counting of the working time of staff working in non-continuous working hours shall be carried out on the basis of an annual period of Effective work of 1500 hours.
Pursuant to Article 4 of the aforementioned Decree of 25 August 2000, work cycles applicable to staff subject to this type of work schedule shall be established in accordance with the specific provisions laid down in the decree. Sections 7 to 9 of this Order.
The corresponding work cycles are also established on an average weekly basis of 34 hours.
In accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 1 of the decree of 25 August 2000, the counting of the working time of staff working in semi-permanent hours is carried out on the basis of a duration Annual working hours of 1,600 hours.
Pursuant to section 4 of this Order, work cycles that apply to personnel subject to this type of work schedule shall be established in accordance with the specific provisions of the Sections 7 to 9 of this Order.
The corresponding work cycles are also established on an average weekly basis of 36 hours.
The average effective working time per cycle is calculated taking into account the average effective weekly hours of work and the length of the cycle.
Each cycle must have a minimum period of Two consecutive days of rest. If a specific job cycle is not defined, each agent must have a minimum of two consecutive days of rest per week.
During the period between 5 hours and 24 hours, an agent can only perform one shift.
A vacation cannot be scheduled for less than 5 hours.
An interval Minimum of 11 hours will be scheduled between two vacations.
Substitutions must be subject to prior agreement of the responsible authority. The replacement must have the qualifications required to hold the position.
The replacement can only be carried out on one shift per work cycle for each of the officers involved. A replacement cannot precede or follow the replacement's shift
For personnel who maintain air safety systems, when it can be used on a regular basis to an agent during his or her Meal period where operational requirements would require it, and provided that the meal is taken in the immediate vicinity of the workplace, the meal time may be counted in whole or in part in the effective working time.
