In view of the opinion of the Board of Directors of the National Fund for Old Age Insurance of Employed Employees as of date of 6 November 2002;
In view of the opinion of the Board of Directors of the National Fund for Health Insurance of Employed Workers as of 26 November 2002;
In view of the reference to the opinion of the Workers' Compensation and Diseases Commission In accordance with Article L. 221-4 of the Social Security Code of 21 October 2002,

The schedule set out in the Annex to the Order of 4 December 2001 is replaced by the euro scale in the Annex to this Order.
The scale set out in the Annex to this Order shall apply to the calculation of the reduction of contributions due in respect of earnings and remuneration paid from 1 July 2002 and related to periods of employment completed since that date.
The Director of Social Security in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
