ARRETE
Order of 16 December 2005 extending an inter-professional agreement concluded within the framework of the Interprofessional Association of Processed Fruit and Vegetables and on Dried Plums (ANIFELT)

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries,
Given Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 of 28 October 1996 Carrying out a common organisation of the market in fruit and vegetables;
Having regard to Article L. 632-3 of Book VI of the Rural Code relating to agricultural interprofessional organisation;
Having regard to the Order of 4 October 1976 on the recognition of The National Interprofessional Association of Processed Fruit and Vegetables (ANIFELT);
In view of the agreement reached on 9 August 2005 by the professional organisations members of the National Interprofessional Association of Fruit and Vegetables Processed (ANIFELT),
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the abovementioned interprofessional agreement on dried plums, concluded within the framework of The Interprofessional Association of Processed Fruit and Vegetables (ANIFELT), set out in Annex (1) of this Order, shall be extended to all members of the professions constituting this interprofessional organisation for the duration of the campaign 2005-2006. However, by way of derogation from the previous provisions, it is not affected by the extension:
-point 3 of Article 10;
-in point 4 of Article 13, the reference ' (or it will be based on their purchases of dried slit plums valued at EU minimum price HT) " ;
-the last sentence of Article 17.

Article 2


The Director of Economic Policy and And the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement of Fraud shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
