In light of Decree No. 98-403 of 22 May 1998 fixing the date and conditions under which the general census of the population of 1999 will be carried out;
In light of Decree No. 99-1154 of 29 December 1999 authenticating the results of the general census of the population of 1999, as amended by Decree No. 2000-1021 of 17 October 2000;
Having regard to the Order of 28 December 2000 amending the population and allocating Fictitious population to the communes members of the new agglomerations provided for in Title III of Book III of Part Five of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities, to the new agglomerations and to the communes concerned by those Agglomerations,

The numbers of the total population, the municipal population and the population counted in the The decree of 28 December 2000 referred to above is, in respect of the new agglomerations and the Member communes of a new agglomeration exhaustively listed in Table I, amended and arrested in accordance with the indications which Are shown in columns d, e, and f of this table.
New population figures for new agglomerations and Shall, unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise, be taken into account for the purposes of the laws and regulations as from 1 January 2002.
The new population of the total population of new agglomerations and of the communes listed in table I (column d) is increased flat during the year 2002 In accordance with the figures in the table (column g).
The number of the population thus increased (columns d + g) shall be used for the calculation of the grants, allocations and allocations provided for in Article L. 5334-17 of the General Code of the Territorial authorities.
The provisions of Articles 1, 2 and 3 of this Order shall apply to the municipalities of Montévrain, Noisy-le-Grand, Villiers-sur-Marne and Vitrolles, shown in Table II, located within the perimeter of a public institution of new city development and having concluded a convention with the State on a programme of Development.
The Director General of Local Authorities shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
