Order of 28 June 2001 relating to producer organisations

By order of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated June 28, 2001, the following organizations are recognized as producer organizations.

Fruits and Vegetables
Syndicat des producteurs shippers
du Marmandais (SPEM) (Lot-et-Garonne)

Le Trade union des producteurs shippers du Marmandais (SPEM), whose head office is located in Gontaud-de-Nogaret (Lot-et-Garonne), is recognised as an organisation of producers, for primers potatoes, on the departments of Lot-et-Garonne et de la Gironde.

Viticulture
Union de coopératives caves
et vineyards du Gers (CVG) (Gers)

L' union de coopératives caves et vineyards du Gers (CVG), whose head office is Located in Eauze (Gers), is recognized as an organization of producers until April 30, 2003 in the wine sector.
Recognition is granted to the cooperative cellars listed below:
Cave de Cazaubon, in Cazaubon ;
Les Vignerons de Gerland, in Panjas;
Les Vignerons de la Ténarèse, at Vic-Fezensac;
La Cave des producteurs meetings, at Nogaro.
