By order of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy, Finance and The Industry, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defence, on 8 January 2002, Mr Buhler (Pierre), an off-class foreign affairs adviser, is in a position of secondment to the Ministry of Defence, in Quality of diplomatic adviser, for a period of three years from 1 August 2001.
