In light of Decree No. 92-882 of 1 September 1992 as amended for the application of Articles 33 and 33-1 of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication and Fixing the regime applicable to the different categories of audio and cable television services;
In view of the Decree of 27 March 1993 adopted pursuant to the fifth paragraph of Article 34-I of the Act of 30 Septembe 1986 as amended and Setting out the overall technical specifications for the cable distribution of audio and television broadcasting services;
In view of the decisions relating to the operation of cable networks distributing services of Audio and television broadcasting;
In view of the agreements for the establishment and operation of cable networks;
In view of the deliberations of the municipal councils that entrust the operation of the cable networks to the company France Telecom Cable in place And place of its subsidiaries;
After deliberation,
Decides:
France Telecom Cable is authorized, as of the date of publication of this Decision, to ensure that: Place and place of its subsidiaries, as quoted in the attached document, the operation of the networks distributing audio and television broadcasting services by cable, subject to the conditions laid down in the decisions cited in the Annex.
This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
