§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 27 of 18 November 2010 on the health board, organization and health professionals and psychologists is amended as follows:

First The heading of § 11 "Guidance for redress" to read: "Complaints".
Second After § 11 and in "Penalties" inserted §§ 11a and 11b:

"§ 11a. Greenland Government may lay down regulations to complain about healthcare activity carried out by health professionals in Greenland, considered by the appeal board, as in Denmark treat complain of health professionals in the health profession. Appeals heard and determined by the for the complaints body applicable rules.
Subsection. 2. The Government shall lay down rules for guidance, review periods, the transaction information, referral and publication etc. Issues covered by rules on appeal, as specified. Paragraphs. 1, can not be appealed to any other administrative authority in Denmark or Greenland.
§ 11b. Surveillance of health for initiating proceedings against healthcare company whose supervisory authority considers that there may be grounds for criticism or other sanction. Cases brought before the body responsible for appeal under regulations made pursuant to § 11a. 1 ".
Third In § 12 paragraph. 1-3 words "§§ 3 and 4" to "§§ 3, 4 and 11a."

§ 2
Subsection. 1. This Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 June 2012.
Subsection. 2. At the same time Chapter 3 of Law no. 397 of 10 June 1987 on Central Health System Management, etc. as amended by Act no. 391 of 7 June 1989 and Law no. 369 of 6 June 1991 and Law no. 503, 30. June 1993.
