(2) Testing as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a shall be performed by:
a. Test Lab which has been accredited by the ISR with the scope of the SNI of the Room, the refrigerator or the Cuci Machine and designated by the Minister; or
B. Laboratories abroad that have been accredited by the accreditation institute in the site of the Laboratory of Contemplating Testing are in place with mutual recognition (Mutual Recognition of Arrangement (MRA)) with KAN (such as International Laboratory Accreditation (ILAC) or The Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC), and the State is referred to have bilateral or multilateral agreements in the field of technical regulation with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and appointed by the Minister.
(3) Audit of the application of the Mutu Management System as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b based on:
a. Letter of self-statement on the application of the Mutu Management System in accordance with SNI ISO 9001:2008 or its revision; or
B. Certificate of application of the Mutu Management System pursuant to SNI ISO 9001:2008 or its revision or other quality management system recognized from the Certification System Certification System (s) which have been accredited by the Program or the Management System accreditation institution The quality of which has signed the Treaty of Mutual Recognition (Multilateral Recognition of Arrangement (MLA)) is with the right.
(4) If the LSPro is not available and or the tester Laboratory is accredited by the scope of the SNI Cooling Room, the refrigerator or the Cuci Machine, the Minister can designate the LSPro and/or the Test Laboratory Its competition has been evaluated by BPKIMI.
(5) The designated LSPro and/or Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (4) at most (two) years since the appointment must have been accredited.
Section 6
LSPro as referred to in Article 5 is required to publish the SPPT-SNI COOLER ROOM, REFRIGERATION CABINET or Cuci Machine by listing the minimum information:
a. company name and address;
B. factory address;
c. The company ' s handler name;
D. brand;
e. name and importer address;
f. Number and title of SNI;
G. type, model name and product capacity size; and
h. The time of SPPT-SNI;
Section 7
(1) The LSPro as referred to in Article 5 is required to notify and present to the Chief of BPKIMI, to the Director General of the Industry and the applicant company on the decision of issuer, delay, rejection and Abundance SPPT-SNI 7 (seven) days of work since the publication of the intended decision.
(2) LSPro as referred to in Section 5 in charge of the published SPPT-SNI.
Section 8
(1) The coolant, refrigeration or Cuci machine as referred to in Article 2 of the domestic output produced since enacted this Minister's Regulation and does not comply with the provisions of Article 4 is prohibited. It must be destroyed.
(2) Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or Cuci Machine as referred to in Section 2 of the domestic output produced since enacted this Minister's Regulation and circulated on the market but did not comply with the SNI provisions must be withdrawn from circulation and annihilated by the manufacturer concerned.
(3) The order of the withdrawal of products from circulation and destruction as referred to in paragraph (2) is performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 9
(1) Room conditioner, Cooler or Cuci Machine as referred to in Section 2 that is derived from the mandatory import complies with the SNI provision as evidenced by SPPT-SNI.
(2) Room Coolant, Refrigeration or Cuci Machine that does not meet the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) is prohibited from entering the Indonesian Customs Area.
(3) Room Coolant, Refrigeration or Cuci Machine as referred to in Section 2 of the import that does not meet the provisions as referred to in Section 4 and has been located within the Indonesian Customs Area. Re-export or annihilated by the Perpetrator.
Article 10
(1) The coaching and supervision of the implementation of the application of SNI as referred to in Article 2 is conducted by the Directorate General of Industry Pembina exercised by the PPSP.
(2) Surveillance as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed against products ranging from pre-market to the circulation of products in the market held at least one (one) times in a year.
(3) In conducting oversight as referred to in paragraph (1) the Directorate General of Industrial Pembina may coordinate with the Provincial Service and/or the County/City Service or related agencies.
(4) BPKIMI carry out coaching on the Institution Assessment Institute in order of application of the SNI Cooler Room, SNI Refrigeration Closet or the SNI of the Cuci Machine.
(5) In carrying out coaching as referred to in paragraph (4), Head of BPKIMI may provide a written reprimand and sanction to LSPro that does not submit a report as referred to in Article 7 in accordance with the rules It's
Section 11
Director General Pembina Industry sets the technical instructions of implementation and supervision of the application of the SNI of the Room, the SNI of the refrigerator or the SNI of the Washing Machine is mandatory.
Article 12
The perpetrators, the LSPro and or the Laboratory of Testing which carried out violations of the provisions in the Ministerial Regulation are subject to sanction in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation regulations.
