Establishing: MINISTER REGULATION EDUCATION AND CULTURE

ABOUT ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF LEARNING BY THE GOVERNMENT

AND THE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEARNING RESULTS BY THE UNIT

EDUCATION.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Educational Unit is a basic and basic education unit that includes middle school

First/Madrasah Tsanawiyah (SMP/MTs) School

First Medium Extraordinary (SMPLB), School

Article 2

(4) The assessment of the study results as referred to in the paragraph

(1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) are performed in accordance with

the curriculum applicable.

Article 3

(1) UN and US as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1)

and paragraph (2) followed by the learnant on SMP/MTs,

SMPLB, SMA/MA or SMAK/SMTK/equivalent,

SMALB, SMK/MAK or an equal, SPK, and participant

educated on the B/Wustha Package Program and Package Program

C.

(2) USBN as referred to in Article 2 of paragraph (2)

followed by learners at SMP/MTs, SMA/MA or

SMAK/SMTK, and SMK/MAK.

(3) USBN is not mandatory followed by educated participants on SPK.

Article 4

(1) Educations on formal lines that follow UN, US,

and USBN must meet the requirements:

a. registered in the last semester on a Jenjang

Education Unit in Education and has

full report assessment results study at a

Education Unit in particular Education Unit

start semester I up to the V semester; or

b. has completed the entire SKS load that

is required for students to be educated at the Unit

Education based on Semester Credit System

(SKS) equivalent to semester V.

(2) Educants on Equality Education that

following UN must have a full report of assessment

results study on Education Equality.

Article 5

(1) Any learnant on the formal path is mandatory following

at least 1 (one) times UN, US, and USBN.

(2) Each educated participant on the mandatory nonformal path

follows at least 1 (one) times UN and US.

(3) Educations on formal lines and on nonformal lines

as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are entitled

repeat UN to meet the achievement criteria

standard graduate competency.

Article 6

(1) Any learnable participants special not

are required to follow UN and USBN.

(2) Special needs learners who follow

UN as referred to in paragraph (1) reserves the right

repeat UN to meet the achievement criteria

standard of graduate competence.

Article 7

(1) Learners who are entitled to repeat UN as

are referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (3) and Section 6 of the paragraph (2)

includes SMA/MA/SMALB, SMK/MAK or the

equal, and the Package C.

(2) non-exhibitors. for certain reasons

with the following valid evidence may follow UN

Article 8

(1) Any leared participant who has followed UN will

get SHUN.

(2) SHUN as referred to in the least paragraph (1) at least

contains:

a. Student biodata; and

b. the value of the UN results for any subjects that

tested, and the achievement of a graduate competency for

any subjects tested.

(3) The achievement of the graduates ' competency as referred to

in paragraph (2) letter b Compiled in the very category

Article 9

(1) The implementation of UN is done through the national exam

computer-based (UNBK).

(2) In terms of UNBK cannot be implemented then the national exam

is exercised on paper-based.

Article 10

The Education Units are required to deliver the value and value

US and USBN to the Ministry for the benefit

improvement and alignment of the education quality.

Article 11

(1) The Exam Kicians is a reference in the development

curriculum applies.

Article 12

(1) The formal Education Unit compiled a text about the US

based on the US grid as referred to in

Article 11 of the paragraph (2).

(2) The Equality Education Unit compiled a script on

the Equality Education exam based on the Exam Kitions

Education Equality as referred to in

Article 11 of the paragraph (2) under coordination and supervision

COUNTY/CITY EDUCATION SERVICE.

Article 13

The USBN manuscript consists of:

a. a range of 20% (twenty percent) up to 25%

(twenty-five percent) of items prepared by

Ministry;

b. Some 75% (seventy-five percent) up to

80% (eighty percent) of items prepared by

SMP/MTs or an equal and SMA/MA/SMK or

equals under the coordination of the education service

Section 14

(1) The evaporation and duplicity of materials US and USBN

Article 15

Article 17

Government, Local Government, and compulsory Education Units

perform the socialization of UN, US, and USBN.

Article 18

(1) The educated participant is declared a pass from the Unit

Education/education program after meeting

criteria:

a. completed the entire learning program;

b. obtaining a minimal attitude/behavior value either; and

c. passed the Education Unit exam/education program.

(2) Graduation of the educated participant as referred to

paragraph (1) is set by the Education Unit which

is concerned.

Article 19

(1) Completion of the entire learning program

as referred to in Section 18 of the letter a, for

educated participant:

a. SMP/MTs and SMPLB if it has completed

learning from class VII to class IX;

b. SMA/MA or an equal, SMALB, and

SMK/MAK if it has completed

the learning of the X class up to the class XII;

c. SMP/MTs and SMA/MA or an equal that

applies the SKS if it has completed

all subjects are required; or

d. The B/Wustha Package and Package C program,

if it has completed the overall

competency of each program.

(2) SMP/MTs and SMA/MA or an equal that

applies the SKS as referred to in paragraph (1)

letter c must have permission from the education service

provincial/kabupaten/city or region office

provincial religious ministry/religious ministry office

county/city corresponds to its authority.

Article 20

(1) Any person, group, and/or agency involved

in the implementation of UN, US, and USBN shall keep

honesty, secrecy, security, and agility

the execution of UN, US, and USBN.

(2) Any person, group, and/or institution that is proven

commits a breach of the provisions as

referred to in paragraph (1) subject to the sanctions pursuant to

the provisions of the laws.

Article 21

(1) Further provisions regarding UN are set in POS

UN set by BSNP.

(2) Further provisions regarding US are set in POS

US specified by the Education Unit.

(3) Further provisions regarding USBN are set in the POS

USBN set by the related General Directorate.

Article 22

POS US as referred to in Article 21 of the paragraph (2)

reported to the provincial education service/kabupaten/city

or the provincial office of the provincial religious ministry/office

the county/city religious ministry In accordance with

the authority.

Article 23

At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, Regulation

Minister of Education and Culture Number 57 of 2015

on Assessment of Results of Learning by Government Through the Exam

National, and Assessment Results Study by the Education Unit

Through the School/Madrasah/Equity Education Exam on

SMP/MTs or the Sedegree and SMA/MA/SMK or yang

Sedegrees (Republic of the Republic of Indonesia News 2015

Number 1878), revoked and declared not valid.

Article 24

The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date

promulred.
