The delegation of the authority to give permission to the temporary storage of flammable gas (LPG/propane) on construction sites.

May 1971 No. 47 on flammable goods as well as fluids and gases under the press section, third paragraph 37 and other. 
In pursuance of local government and regional Ministry's decision of 14. January 1998 be delegated authority to the city of Oslo to decide applications for permission to store the amount of flammable gas (LPG/propane) that fits in the container (s) with total volume up to 14,000 liters.
The authority will be limited to only to apply permission to the temporary storage of the gas on the building site.
The decision will take effect immediately.
