Article 11.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State provides that letters of service and their subsequent updates shall be approved by resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is linked or attached to the proposing body, prior to the favourable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services (Royal Decree 1418/2006, of December 1).

In its virtue, prior to the favorable report of 25 November 2015 of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of the Services, I resolve:

First.

Approve the Conventional Services Charter of the Defense Delegation in Aragon.

Second.

Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Bulletin".
